Get alerts your way

Head to /account/notifications to pick exactly what you want to hear about. For each kind of notice, you choose:

  • Where it lands: Email, Telegram or Slack (Telegram and Slack use your own bot or webhook)
  • How often: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off
  • Quiet hours for chat channels, so they respect your schedule

Tweak these anytime—no fuss, no forms.

Some notices always come through

A few are mandatory, so we can keep things safe and running. You'll always get alerts for:

  • Receipts and refunds
  • Payment issues or disputes
  • Your listing status (held, live, changes)
  • A missing founder badge
  • Security stuff (new device sign-ins, email changes)

Quick exit from any notice

Every email we send you has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it to turn off just that kind of notice, instantly.

Questions people ask

Can I stop getting notifications entirely?
Most notices can go Off, but some are required for your account and security—like payment alerts and listing changes. You can always adjust how you get them at /account/notifications.
How do I use Telegram or Slack for alerts?
You set up your own bot or webhook, then pick Telegram or Slack at /account/notifications. This way, alerts land in your preferred chat app alongside your other messages.
What if I change my mind about email frequency?
Pop back to /account/notifications anytime to switch between Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off for any notice type. Changes take effect straight away.
