Stop or tweak your notices

Every notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link—just tap it to turn off that type of alert. You can also head to /account/notifications to pick exactly which notices you want and how often they land in your inbox.

A few notices always come through: receipts, refunds, payment problems, listing holds and security alerts. These keep your account safe and your finances sorted, so we can't turn those off.

Switch your sign-in email

Want a new address to log in with? Send a request from /account/email and include the new one. We'll confirm the change with both your old and new emails, and you'll get a security notice once it's complete.

Close your account or delete your data

Ready to go? Send a request from /account/privacy (or email launch@zinndigital.com) using the email linked to your account. We'll confirm by email what gets removed:

  • Your account and founder profile
  • Your personal details

We keep invoices for as long as the law needs us to. For the full picture on how we look after your data, check out /privacy.

Keeping records? At /account/privacy you can download every record tied to your account in a single file.
