What's the deal with refunds on Virela?
Purchases don't get refunded once they're paid, except if we take down your listing. Your legal rights stay put either way.

How refunds work here
Once you've paid for something on Virela Launch, that payment sticks. We don't offer refunds after purchase—it's in our terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights aren't affected by this, so you're still protected by law.
The one time we'll refund you
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, you get your money back automatically. The refund goes straight to your original payment method and we'll also issue a credit note.
If you paid in crypto, we'll need a payout address from you first—just let us know and we'll sort it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment gets disputed or reversed:
- Everything bought with that order goes down while we're looking into it
- If we win the dispute, your listings can go back up
- If the dispute goes another way, that's that
It's all pretty straightforward—buy with confidence, and if something goes wrong on our end, we've got you.
Questions people ask
- Can I get my money back after I pay?
- No, purchases aren't refundable once paid. The only exception is if we take down your listing ourselves—then you get the full amount back automatically.
- What happens if I dispute a payment?
- While the dispute's open, everything from that order comes down. If we win the dispute, we can put it back up. If you win, the payment stays reversed.
- Do my consumer rights still apply?
- Yes. Our no-refund policy doesn't change your statutory rights under law.
