Getting started with voting
To vote, you'll need to sign in and confirm your email address. Pretty straightforward.
You get one vote per listing, and you can only vote on launches that are live right now. If you want to vote for your own launch, you've got to vote for someone else's first—it keeps things balanced.
Keeping votes real
We run quick human checks now and then to make sure everything's legit. We also have hourly and daily limits to stop abuse; if we spot a suspicious burst of votes, we flag them and hold off on counting until we've reviewed what happened.
Why votes can't be bought
This is the important bit: votes are earned by the community, full stop. Community votes, our paid billboard ranking, verification badges and factual data like Domain Rating are completely separate systems—and we label each one so you know what you're looking at.
No payment changes your vote count. Ever. Active community members do earn influence though, which can give their vote a bit more weight. But that influence comes from being here and engaging, not from spending.
